I've been a hairstylist for 16 years. and for most of those years  when clients came to me with hair loss and scalp concerns I didn't have real answers.

I knew how to make hair look good. I didn't know how to help it actually get better. I kept seeing the same woman in my chair  depleted, postpartum, watching her hair change and trying everything without finding anything that worked.

So I dove deep into hair loss and scalp education, got certified as a hair loss and scalp specialist, and am currently enrolled in a clinical trichology program — because my clients deserved someone who actually knew what they were looking at.

Then it got personal. I experienced postpartum hair loss myself. I know the fear. I know what it feels like when your hair is changing and nobody can explain why.
