6. What makes Citrine Holistic Hair Lounge different from other salons?

Yes! I’ve intentionally designed my private salon suite to fit the lifestyle of modern women. You’ll have access to Wi-Fi and can bring your laptop, tablet, or phone if you’d like to catch up on work or emails during your visit.

If you’d rather unplug, you can select a silent appointment, enjoy a beverage and snack, or simply relax with a scalp massage, essential oils, and calming music. The choice is always yours—your appointment, your way.

5. What if I’m a busy professional or mom—can I work during my appointment?

Maintenance depends on the service you choose and your personal goals:

Lived-in color & gray blending: Designed to grow out seamlessly, most clients return every 10–14 weeks (3–4 months). This is ideal for busy professionals and moms who don’t want to spend every month in the salon.

Invisible Bead® Extensions: Move-up appointments are needed every 6–8 weeks to keep your extensions looking natural, comfortable, and damage-free.

Scalp treatments: Many guests schedule these monthly or quarterly, especially if they’re addressing hair loss, thinning, or chronic scalp irritation. Think of them as facials for your scalp—regular treatments provide the best long-term results.

4. How often will I need to come back for maintenance?

At Citrine Holistic Hair Lounge, I only use clean, low-tox professional products that are aligned with a holistic approach to beauty. This means:
- No harsh chemicals that cause irritation or long-term damage.
- Products that are gentle on your scalp, safe for sensitive clients, and eco-conscious where possible.

I also customize your aftercare plan with product recommendations tailored to your hair and scalp needs, so you’ll feel confident knowing you’re continuing a low-tox routine at home.

3. What products do you use in the salon?

The only service that requires an in-person consultation is Invisible Bead® Extensions. This ensures we can match your color, talk through your lifestyle and maintenance needs, and create a plan that works for you.

For all other services—including lived-in color, gray blending, and scalp treatments—you can book your appointment directly online. Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive my New Guest Welcome Packet, which gives you all the details you’ll need to feel fully prepared for your visit.

2. Do I need a consultation before booking?

It all depends on your goals: If you’re looking for a simple refresh (like blending grays, brightening your blonde, or adding a little dimension), The Refresh Package is perfect.

If your scalp is feeling dry, itchy, or you’re noticing hair loss or thinning, The Ritual Package will give us a chance to analyze your scalp with a dermascope and customize a treatment that addresses your specific concerns.

If you’re ready for a big change—a full lived-in color shift or a total transformation—then The Transformation Package is the way to go. This package also includes an Invisible Bead® Extensions consultation if you’re considering extensions for added fullness or length.
