I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service. This allows me the opportunity to offer your spot to another guest who may be waiting.

Cancellation

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without any notice: You will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Future bookings may require a deposit to hold your appointment.

No-Shows

I understand life happens! However, please know: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled.
In some cases, a shortened version of your service will be provided so I can stay on schedule for other guests, but the full service price will still apply.

Late Arrivals

Transparency is important, which is why I provide starting prices for all services. Final pricing will be based on your individual hair needs, desired results, and the products/services required to achieve them. A price quote will always be provided during your initial consultation. Payment is due at the time of service. I accept cash, major credit cards, and contactless payment methods. All extension services require a non-refundable retainer to reserve your installation appointment. This amount is applied to your total service cost.

Pricing & Payments

My goal is for you to love your hair. If you feel something isn’t quite right: Please contact me within 7 days of your appointment. I will gladly make adjustments at no additional cost. Redo appointments must reflect the original consultation (changes in style, color, or length will be considered a new service and charged accordingly).
